Here's the thing — the signs of a dysregulated nervous system isn't always obvious. It can show up in sneaky ways, masquerading as other issues. That's why it's so important for us, as coaches, therapists, and healers, to be tuned into the subtleties of these signs.

Emotional Distress Signals: What to Look For in Your Clients

Emotionally, a dysregulated nervous system can manifest as:

  • Constant worry or anxiety

  • Sudden panic attacks

  • Difficulty concentrating or making decisions

  • Feeling overwhelmed by even small tasks

  • A persistent sense of "not being good enough"

  • Mood swings that seem to come out of nowhere
