Emotionally, a dysregulated nervous system can manifest as:
Constant worry or anxiety
Sudden panic attacks
Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
Feeling overwhelmed by even small tasks
A persistent sense of "not being good enough"
Mood swings that seem to come out of nowhere
