Activating Our Voices with Flow Breathwork Facilitator Sharisse Francisco | Student Love Series

Sharisse (she/her) is a Queer Latina (Puerto Rican) Vocal Artist, Sound & Energy Healer, & Mindfulness & Self Empowerment Coach. She supports beings in cultivating greater inner peace and awakening their joy through tools and practices that help them regulate their nervous system, get embodied, liberate themselves, activate their voice and authentic self expression, and enhance their emotional intelligence, communication skills, and capacity for meaningful connections.

Sharisse says that her time in Flow Breathwork Facilitator Training was life-giving, supporting her to cultivate a deep sense of trust and connection with her intuition. An important component in the training emphasizes Practice Pods, where students develop their skills in breathwork facilitation together. The support and feedback shared in these spaces helped nurture her skills, build confidence, and develop her authentic voice as a facilitator and guide - which often includes vocal toning, storytelling, and embodied movement.

For Sharisse, beyond the incredible curriculum of science, nervous system regulation, energy sciences, and elements, the built-in community served as a powerful launching pad for her growth, providing not only a supportive network but also inspiring collaborations.

Sharisse attests to Flow Breathwork Facilitator Training's unique ability to integrate the art of healing with personal and emotional development, creating a beautifully transformative experience anchored in trust, continuous learning, and a vibrant, collaborative community. She's excited to take this practice into her work as a multifaceted healing artist.
