Nourishing Mind and Body with Breathwork with Kerrys Hensch | Flow Breathwork Facilitator Student Spotlight Series

Meet Kerrys! @satiated_life

🌟 Kerrys is a mindfulness-based life coach and a Registered Dietitian based in NYC who believes wellness can be fun. She is a mother of four, loves to create and enjoys writing and acting.

Kerrys says:

🌱 I experienced the power of breathwork during lockdown. A lot of healing and and a surge of creativity. From that moment i wanted it in my toolbox. When I found Flow Breathwork I just had a feeling it was the right fit.

🌱 Towards the end of the training I experienced my first emotional release. It felt like all the work I did shook up everything inside me and it was messy and emotional and it still makes me cry when i think about it. But all the overwhelm and fear came up to the surface and I just tried to consciously release it and i was left with more clarity and less fear and feeling more ready to take action.

🌱 Breathwork changed my life in ways that I've never seen before from the way I viewed myself, to the way I viewed the world around me. I decided to teach because I knew other people needed this information and didn't know how to search for it. I enjoy being able to share it with others and seeing their lives transform as well.

In this convo we talk about:

🌱 Kerry's massive personal breakthroughs inside Flow Breathwork Facilitator training, learning to develop her authentic voice, and reaching a new layer in her healing through movement and breath.

🌱 Kerrys highlights her favorite part: the practice pods, which gave her hands on practice with other facilitators to develop her style as a breathwork facilitator and to build community with each other.
