Awakening Creativity, Breathwork, & Movement with Kaya Hampton on The Playground Podcast

In Ep 101 of The Playground Podcast: Awakening Creativity, Breathwork and Movement, we spoke with Kaya Hampton, who is a Transformation Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and Creative, about her early journey in the creative arts, how creatives can find their flow, and how Breathwork creates space in our bodies.

After spending much of her early years in the performing arts and losing sight of what she loved due to survival mode, she received the download to get into Breathwork in order to help her heal. For creatives getting back on their path that is aligned with who they are and leaving behind survival mode, it could be daunting. Starting with the basics by finding your flow, your rhythm is a sure way to invite more YOU in your journey towards creative abundance.

“I think everyone is cool and unique and I want everyone to believe that about themselves as well.”

So how do these modalities play into the intention of awakening creativity? She explains the effects on her nervous system in order to be a clear channel for clients in creatively exploring limitless possibilities.
