REPLAY: Season of Air Breathwork with Shanila Sattar
UMMMM Mercury in gatorade? Venus in Kombucha? AGAIN?? AAPI Month, and Mental Health Awareness month - all packing together.
Season of Air.
We've been floating in the element of air. This is the time from the Spring Equinox (late March) and the Summer Solstice (late June).
The qualities of air makes it feel like...we're kinda ungrounded. Things are up in the air, literally.
Even things that were really solid, feel like is floating by.
Add on the energies of eclipses, retrogrades, seasonal shifts, cultural variables, and personal life, this season is a lot less grounding that we think.
This spring-summer transition season is always a lot of energy and what better way to channel and transmute it, than with your breath?
this energy tends to:
- make us feel like we're moving backwards in life
- compromise communication
- slow down projects
You feeling any of these already?
I'm leading a seated flow breathwork tonight. Lots of energy to move.
